Defines the name of the reference waveform file to be loaded, saved or deleted.

or to which the reference waveform is to be stored (.xml
or .bin format), enclosed in single quotes.
Usage: Asynchronous command
REFCurve<m>:OPEN
Loads the reference waveform file selected by REFCurve<m>:NAME on page 1328.
