2 XStop, acquisition time after trigger, in s 5E-008 = 50 ns
3 Record length of the waveform in Samples 1000
4 Number of values per sample interval. For digital
data the result is 1.

Returns the data of the indicated digital channel for transmission from the instrument to
the controlling computer. The data can be used in MATLAB, for example.

<Data> List of data (0 and 1)
Usage: Query only
BUS<m>:PARallel:DATA:FORMat <DataFormat>
Sets the number format for decoded data values on the display for the indicated paral-
lel bus.
It sets also the number representation for remote data transfer with BUS<m>:
PARallel:DATA[:VALues]?.
