Data"
Specifies the value or sets the start value of a range.

Data Index
Data index sets the range within this series of the data value that is considered for the
analysis. The data index setup consists of the condition and one or two data index val-
ues.

Sets the comparison condition to a specific value or a range.

Specifies the value or sets the start value of a range.
"Index Max"
Sets the maximum value of a range for "Condition" = "In range"/"Out
of range".

Escape mode
The escape mode setup consists of the condition and one or two data patterns.
In binary format, use the following characters: 1; 0; or X (do not care). To enter the pat-

on page 519.
