To set and verify a baseband frequency offset
1. In "Baseband > Baseband Offsets", set "Baseband > Frequency Offset = 1 Hz"
2. In the "Constellation Diagram", select "Configure".
The "Graphics Configuration" dialog opens.
3. Add a vector diagram with signal acquisition point "Stream" and enlarge it.
The vector diagram rotates with 1 Hz.
