DPCH Dedicated Control Physical Channel with Pilot, TPC and DATA
field. Selection is possible with LINK DIRECTION - DOWN and UP.
ALLD All data channel type only with DATA field. Selection is possible
with LINK DIRECTION - DOWN and UP.
