"Off"
Define the search space by the CCE start index, see CCE Index.
"On"
The CCE start indexes are selacted autimatically so that they are
wihin the search space.
The "Scheduling > CORESET > Payload" > CCE Index indicates the
selected CCE index where the value is defined by the combination of
Aggregation Level and candiate number (Candidate).
