The dialog covers the settings for I/Q impairment, like carrier leakage, imbalance,
offset and delay.
The parameters "Skew" and "IQ Delay" are enabled in the "I/Q Modulator or I/Q
Analog > Digital Impairments" dialog.
If a R&S SGT is connected to one of the digital interfaces, digital impairments e.g.
intended IQ delays are applied in the connected instrument (see Figure 3-12).
The remote commands required to define these settings are described in Chap-
ter 13.18.4.7, "SOURce:BB:IMPairment Subsystem", on page 1011 and Chap-
ter 13.18.8, "SOURce:IQ Subsystem", on page 1048.
The instrument can also simulate the effect of non-linear effects like AM/AM and
AM/PM conversion.
See user manual R&S®SMW-K540, R&S®SMW-K541 Envelope Tracking and AM/AM,
AM/PM Predistortion.
