To set and verify a baseband frequency offset
1. Select "Baseband A > Baseband Offsets" and enable a "Baseband A > Frequency
Offset = 1 Hz"
2. In the "Constellation Diagram", select "Configure".
The "Graphics Configuration" dialog opens.
3. Add a vector diagram with signal acquisition point "Stream A" and enlarge it.
The vector diagram rotates with 1 Hz.
