currents,

Probe
In
the
frequency
range
up
to
about
200
MHz,
the
probe
enables
di-
rect
measurement
on
the
circuit;
care
should
be
taken
that
the
ground
connection
to
the
probe
is
short
(e.g.
ground
sleeve
with
solder
strip).
The
screw-on
ground
cable
can
only
be
used
for
measurements
up
to
about
50
MHz,
since
due
to
the
cable
length
the
measuring
error
may
unduly
increase
at
higher
frequencies.
The
voltage
measurement
range
with
probe
is
200
uV
to
10
V.
The
maximum
permissible
AC
voltage
at
the
probe
is
Vrms
=
15
V;
any
higher voltage will cause damage to the rectifier diodes. The
voltage measurement range of the probe can be extended to 100 V
or 1000 V by using the 20-dB or 40-dB divider recommended as an
extra.
In
measurements
with
probe
and
40-68
divider,
the
maximum
measur-
able
voltage
of
Vrms
=
1000
V
must
not
be
applied
at
frequen-
cies
above
100
MHz,
since
the
divider
would
be
damaged
due
to
the
dielectric
loss
of
the
divider
capacitance.
Between
100
MHz
and
500
MHz
the
permissible
voltage
drops
inversely
with
frequency
from
1050
V
to
210
V.
With
the
aid
of
the
BNC
adapter
the
probe
may
also
be
used
for
measurements
on
coaxial
systems
(frequency
range
20
kHz
to
500
MHz)..Using
the
matching
sleeve
supplied
with
the
equipment,
the
probe
can
also
be
inserted
into
the
adapter
with
plugged-on
divider.

RP Probe
In the frequency Range up to about 200 MHz, the probe enables di-
rect measurement on the circuit; Care should be taken that the
ground Connection to the probe is Short (e.g. ground sleeve Voith
solider Strip) . The screw-on ground Cable can only be used for
measurements up to about S0 MHz, since due to the Cable length
the measuring error may unduly increase at higher frequencies.
In measurements with.probe and 40-dB divider, the maximum measur-
able voltage of Vrms = 1000 V must not be applied at frequen-
cies above 100 MHz. since the divider would be damaged due
to the
dielectric loss of the dívider capacítance. Between 100 MHz and
500 MH: the permissíble voltage drops inversely Voith
frequency
fror 1050 v to 210 v.
The voltage measurement Range Voith probe is 200 nV to 10 v. The
maximum permissible AC voltage at the probe is Vrms = 15 V; any
high er voltage will cause blamage to the rectifier diodes. The
voltage measurement range of the probe can be extended to 100 v
er 1000 v by u sing the 20-dB er 40-dB divider recommended as an
extra.

used for
measurements on coaxial Systems (frequency range 20 kHz to
500 MHz).. U sing the matching sleeve supplied Voith the
equipment,
