instrument

sound
module
play
the
same
notes,
you
should
first
set
the
channel
used
for
reception
on
your
external
device
to
the
same
channel
that
you
have
the
HP
237
set
to
use
for
transmission.

Ifusing
another
MIDI
keyboard
as
a
master
instrument,
and
you
wish
to
have
the
HP
237
played
by
it,
you
would
need
to
set
the
channel
used
for
reception
on
the
HP
237
ta
the
same
channel
that
the
master
keyboard
will
be
transmitting
on.
-
When
wishing
to
have
a
sequencer
play
the
HP
237,
you
need
to
set
the
channel
used
or
reception
on
the
HP
237
to
the
same
channel
that
the
recorded
MIDI
data
is
set
to
use.
When
the
HP
237
is
turned
on,
Channel
1”
is
selected.
While
holding
down
the
[Piano
1],
[Piano
2],
and
[Harpsichord]
buttons,
press
the
appropriate
key
(C2-D4)
on
the
keyboard.
The
MIDI
transmit
channel
and
receive
channel
will
switch
to
the
number
that
corresponds
to
the
note
you
pressed.
