When a Program change message is sent and MIDI Menu options 21 System Exclusive, 22 Sysex APR and 16
Patch Prog change are set to ON the following messages are sent and recognised.

I = No operation
J = End of Exclusive message
MESSAGE 2 ALL PATCH PARAMETERS (APR)
