Added effect types
◆SPLIT : Splits the original sound into three frequency bands (low, middle, and high)
◆3-BAND COMPRESSOR : Globally compresses the output signal when the input volume level exceeds a specific value
The compressor automatically corrects the level to optimal based on the settings for the threshold level (THRE) and
ratio (RATIO). Also, because longer attack times (ATK) can cause distortion, a margin of -6 dB is applied. Adjust the
mixer (MIX) level as required.
◆MIX (mixer) : Adjusts the volume level of the individual frequency bands
3-BAND COMP
Parameter (name) Setting value Remarks
SPLIT LO (low split point) 20 – 80Hz
Frequency for splitting the original sound into 3 bands (low
end)
SPLIT HI (high split point) 1.60 – 16.00kHz
Frequency for splitting the original sound into 3 bands (high
end)
Parameter (name) Setting value Remarks
ON (compressor switch) OFF, ON Compressor on/off
THRE (threshold level) -80.0 – 0.0dB
Volume level at which application of the compressor effect
starts
RATIO (ratio) 1.00:1 – 16.0:1, INF:1 Ratio of output compression when the level is exceeded
ATK (attack time) 0.0 – 800ms
Interval until application of the compressor effect starts after
the input level exceeds the threshold level
REL (release time) 50.0 – 8000ms
Interval until application of the compressor effect ends after
the input level falls below the threshold level
Parameter (name) Setting value Remarks
LO MIX (low mix level) -Inf – 6.0dB
Volume level of the low band after passing through the
expander and compressor
MID MIX (middle mix level) -Inf – 6.0dB
Volume level of the middle band after passing through the
expander and compressor
HI MIX (high)mix level -Inf – 6.0dB
Volume level of the high band after passing through the
expander and compressor
