Warning labels are afxed to make areas of danger immediately clear. The meanings of these labels
are as follows. Be sure to heed their warnings. Also, never remove the labels or allow them to become
obscured.
Warning Labels
Caution: Moving Print Head Car-
riage
The print head carriage inside the
cover move at high speed and
pose a hazard. Never insert the
hand or ngers into the gap.
Caution: Pinching Hazard
Be careful not to allow the ngers
to become pinched when closing
covers.
Caution: High Voltage
Removing the cover may result in
high-voltage electric shock.

Ink, cleaning liquid, and discharged
uid are toxic
If these uids come into contact with
the eyes or skin, it may be hazardous
to the health. When performing mainte-
nance work, for example when dispos-
ing of discharged uid, wear protective
eyewear and protective gloves (refer to
the safety data sheet (SDS)).
