If using 4 colors (CMYK)
If one ink of the same color runs out, the machine continues printing using the other ink. When all inks of the
same color run out, printing pauses and a warning beep sounds.
If using 8 colors (CMYKLcLmOrVi)
When an ink runs out, printing pauses (unless the factory default settings have been changed,) and a warning
beep sounds.

Steadily lit
Indicates that the ink pouch/
subtank is currently in use.
Flashing
Indicates that the ink pouch/
subtank is empty.
O Indicates that the ink
pouch/subtank is not cur-
rently in use.
If both inks of the same color run out, the
numbers of the color that has run out ash.
