STEP 1: Updating the BN-20 Driver
1. Uninstall the current BN-20 driver.

Log on to Windows as the "Administrator" or a member of the "Administrators" group.

Turn off the printer unit by switching off the sub power followed by the main power.

Disconnect the connector cable between the computer and the printer.

Windows 8/8.1
Display the desktop.
Point to the lower-right corner of the screen to display the charms, and then click [Settings].
Click [Control Panel], and then click [Uninstall a program].
Windows Vista/7
From the [Start] menu, click [Control Panel], and then click [Uninstall a program].
Windows XP
From the [Start] menu, click [Control Panel], and then click [Add or Remove Programs].
