To stop output on the printer side
Procedure
1. Press and hold down the [POWER] key for one second or more during output.
Output stops. You cannot resume output from the stop point.
2. Press the [POWER] key to turn the machine on.
This operation does not cancel standby output data on the computer. Follow the steps below to
cancel data that is still on the computer.

Procedure
1. Open [View devices and printers].
• Windows 10
From the start menu, click [Windows System]>[Control Panel]>[View devices and print-
ers].
• Windows 8.1
a. Click [Desk top].
b. Move the mouse to the lower right corner to display Charm and click [Settings].
c. Click [Control Panel]>[View devices and printers].
2. Double-click the BN-20 icon.
