Adjusting cutting
Adjust the cutting conditions to obtain beautiful razor sharp cut lines. Making adjustments to suit the
media thickness.
Procedure
1. Load the media to be cut.

2. Open the Utility window.
P. 11 "How to Open the Utility Window / Exit the Utility"
3. Click [Cut Adjustment].
4. Click [Test Cut].
Test cutting is performed.
5. Enter values in the [Cut Force], [Cut Speed], and [Cut Times] boxes.
[Cut Force]
Force at cutting time. If this force is too strong, the blade cuts into the backing paper. (De-
fault setting: 50 gf)
[Cut Speed]
Cutting speed. If the speed is too fast, the cut line is crooked. (Default setting: 15 cm/sec)
