22. Hold [REC] and press channel 7 or 8 [TRACK STATUS].

23. Press [TR 1-16 (MASTER EDIT)]. [TR 1-16 (MASTER EDIT)] indicator will
light, channel faders become the Track Mixer level for channel 1–16.
24. Lower the channel fader 7 or 8 to the lowest position.

25. Press [PLAY]. The project will playback.
26. Press [TRACK STATUS] 7 or 8. [TRACK STATUS] 7 and 8 indicators will
blink in red and orange (Monitor mode).
27. Raise and lower channel fader 7 or 8, and verify that the volume of the
recording tracks (7 or 8) changes. Track channel fader 7 is used for
monitoring. Id does not affect the recording level. You can record even if
you hear no sound. Adjust the volume to a comfortable listening level.
28. When you have finished adjusting the volume, press [STOP]. The project
playback will stop.
29. Press [ZERO (STORE)]. You will return to the beginning of the project.
