Recording the Current Condition of the Mixer (Scene)
With the VS-880EX, the current mixer settings can be stored, and then and can be
recalled at the touch of a button. A stored group of mixer settings is called a
Scene. This feature is convenient when you want to compare different balances
of volume, pan, equalizer, and other settings during mixdown. To operate this,
follow the steps describe below.
Storing Scene.

Press [SCENE].
The SCENE indicator lights.

When the SCENE indicator is lit, the LOC buttons ([1/5]–[4/8])
act to store or recall Scenes. Press any of the LOC buttons
([1/5]–[4/8]). For example, to store SCENE 1, press [1/5].
Additionally, to store SCENE 5, hold down [SHIFT] and press
[1/5].
When a mixer setting has been stored, the button indicator lights.

Press [SCENE] again.
The SCENE indicator light goes off
