The
remote
power
pack
connection
allows
a charged
power
pack
to
be
used
at
a
remote
distancefrom
the
camera.
It
is
connected
to
the
camera
by
means
of
a
cable
and
allows
the
power
pack
to
be
kept
in
a waftn
place
whilst
operating
under
adverse
conditions,
partiZutarty
when
using
the
more
sensitive
alkaline
ba.tteries
which
lose
voltage
in the
cold.
Should
it
be
necessary
to
use
the
camera-for
long
periods
in
an
inaccessible position
afresh
power
supply
can
be
ensured
by
using
the remote
power
pack.
