year. In Germany, such periodic testing of electrical devices should be performed
in accordance with DIN VDE 0701-0702 and also prescribed for mobile electrical
equipment according to the accident prevention rules DGUV, regulation 3

WARNING
Pull out the mains plug or remove the battery before repair work!
The ROLLER’S reciproCarating saws are maintenance-free. The gear runs in
a life-long grease lling and therefore needs no lubriCaration. Keep the saw
blade holder clean. Remove chips from the housing of the saw blade holder.
Remove water/moisture from the housing of the saw blade holder after every
use. Lightly lubriCarate the saw blade holder and saw blade clamping lever
(14) with machine o
il (R
OLLER’S Shark VE). Change a defective locking screw
(9) (except ROLLER’S Shark VE). Clean plastic parts (e.g. housing, batteries)
only with the
machine cleaner
(Art. No. 140119) or a mild soap and a damp
machine cleaner (Art. No. 140119) or a mild soap and a damp machine cleaner
cloth. Do not use household cleaners. These often contain chemicals which
can damage the plastic parts. Never use petrol, turpentine, thinner or similar
products for cleaning.

Never immerse the ROLLER’S reciproCarating saw in liquid.
