Completing Bed Tray Set-up
STEP 1B: Install a wood plug on either or both exterior
sides where there are no pier cabinets.
Use a step ladder to stand on while installing bed tray bumpers on
both sides. Fit the guide dowels into the predrilled holes and attach
with K104B screws with a #2 Phillips head drive.
STEP 3A:
Tilt the Bed up and put folded cardboard between the bed tray and the
side panels (above the safety chains) to square the case and bed tray.
STEP 3B: Safely use the step ladder to install K102 brackets onto where
you have previously marked center of the studs.
USE STEP LADDER FOR SAFETY!
STEP 2
A) Lift the foot of the bed to
about waist height and
flip the foot rod over the
mattress.
B) Lift high enough to
attach at least 1 safety
chain.
C) Proceed to Step 3
