Alarm
Notifies you if there is movement in your home from your Motion Sensor, or when a
door/window entry sensor is triggered when the home is armed.
Smoke
Alarm
SmartBase will listen and notify you if your smoke alarm sounds. The SmartBase must
be within 20’ of the sounding smoke alarm and in the same room.
Water
Leak
Notifies you if a water leak is detected anywhere in the home where you have placed
your water leak sensors.
Freezing
Temperatures
You will receive an alert notification if the temperature in your home falls below 40° F.
This is an indication of potential frozen pipes.
High
Temperatures
Receive an alert notification if the temperature in your home rises above 105° F. This is
a likely indication that your air conditioning system is not working properly.
Power
Outage
Notifies you if there is a power outage at your home when the SmartBase switches to
backup battery mode. Also, when the power returns.
