If you do have a grease fire, do not try
to move the pan. Instead:
1. Keep oven door closed.
2. Turn oven off.
3. If the fire continues, throw baking
soda on the fire.
Never use water on a grease fire - it
will only spread the flames. Never pick
up a flaming pan.
