1.3 Intended Purpose
The DIGIDOS 24 is used to admix foam compound on certain
outlets. It is intended only for operations in areas that are not
subject to the danger of explosions.
The foam compound pump may be operated only with
commercial foam compounds. The full performance can be
achieved if the foam compound has a viscosity of up to 10 cSt.
The performance decreases if the viscosity is higher.
Safety technology
The safety elements installed in the system satisfy the state of
the art of the hydraulic, electrotechnical and compressed air
technologies.
1.4 General Safety Instructions
CAUTION!
The operating instructions should always be available where
the system is being used so that they can be read if
something is unclear.
Heeding the operating instructions helps dangers to be
avoided, repair costs and downtimes to be minimized and
reliability and the operating life of the system to be increased.
We would like to point out that we cannot be held responsible
for damage and operating malfunctions that arise from not
heeding the operating instructions.
Also observe safety, operating and maintenance instructions
for separately purchased parts!
Observe national safety regulations.
Work on the system must be performed only by qualified
and trained personnel.
