9.2 Warnings
Warnings in LCS 3.5“ display
In the LCS 3.5" display warnings must be consciously acknowledged with
the Confirm message function switch, to turn off the acoustic alarm or hide
the visual illustration.
As soon as the warning has been acknowledged, the warning is stored in
the warning memory.
Engine does not start
(engine does not
crank)
Battery is not connected. Connect battery and check contacts
Battery empty Charge or replace battery (votmeter)
Emergency stop pressed Rotate the switch clockwise, to deactivate
the emergency stop
No power supply to the con-
trol unit
Check power supply and ground on the
control unit (voltmeter)
Start signal wrong or not con-
figured
Check software and configuration
Relay defective Check relay K97 (Generator stop signal),
starter relay (attached to starter)
No voltage on starter Voltmeter on starter
Engine stick Manually rotate the engine
Motor does not run
smoothly
Temperature sensor defective Perform or renew resistance measure-
ment
wrong engine oil level Correct oil level
dirty rotating cooling air inlet
screen
Clean cooling air inlet screen
Engine overload Reduce performance
