3 The Kitchen Torch is not a toy and must be handled with
great caution at all times.
3 Never direct the flame towards persons or animals.
3 Never hand the appliance to anyone while the flame is lit.
3 The appliance shall be used away from flammable ma-
terials. Keep 30 cm/11.8 in. as minimum distance from
adjacent surfaces.
3 Do not expose the appliance to temperatures exceeding
50 °C/120 °F or to direct sunlight for a prolonged period.
3 Never attempt to drill into or open the Kitchen Torch and
never dispose of it in a fire.
3 Ensure that the flame is completely extinguished each
time after use.
3 Never touch the burner directly after application.
3 The appliance must be allowed to cool down on a fire-
proof surface before being stored.
3 If refilling is required after or during use, the Kitchen
Torch must first cool down for at least 5 minutes.
