7) FIRST STARTING
• Warning! Only skilled and authorized
personnel should be allowed to perform
these operations.
• Carefully follow all instructions shown
below to prevent possible damage to the
car lift or risk of injury to people.
• Be sure that the operating area is cleared
of people.
After positioning the lift as specified and
performing electricand hydraulic connections,
the lift can be operated by followingthe specific
procedure.
Open the front door of the control box and
unscrew the oil tank cap. Using a funnel, pour 12
liters of hydraulic oil witha grade of viscosity 32
CST or equivalent. Move the masterswitch to the
“1” position (pos. 4 pict. 4) and press the
liftingbutton (pos. 1, pict. 4). If the lift does not
operate but themotor runs regularly, check the
motor for proper direction ofrotation and switch
the phases on the power supply line innecessary.
Press the button again until platforms are fully
lifted.
Remove the plug-in from the both leveling
valves.
The both leveling valve are open and you fill the
oil in the rope-piston area. Hold the switch “up”
for 2-3 s in the upper position.
Open the bleed screws (1) on the A2-B2 pistons
(pict. 13)
and close them again after bleeding air from the
pistons .
Press the lifting button to motor stress, then open
thebleed screws again (1) (pict. 13) to bleed air
from the cylinders.
After tightening the bleed screws, repeat the
operation
to make sure there is no air in the circuit.
Give The plugs of the valves on the correct
valve.
Lowering of the lift to stop for danger area.
Press the switch lowering in the danger area and
the switch for the leveling valves to the same
time. The valves are open and the lift lowering
to the zero position.
Lower the lift to the ground, andperform several
cycles with the lift unloaded to check thereare no
oil leaks and platforms are properly leveled.
Press the lowering button to lower the lift (see
pict. 4 pos.2).
Performs the lifting/lowering operations 4/5
times.
7) PRIMO AVVIO
• Attenzione! Queste operazioni possono
essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale
specializzato e autorizzato.
• Seguire attentamente tutte le istruzioni
mostrate di seguito per evitare eventuali
danni al sollevatore per auto o il rischio di
lesioni alle persone.
• Assicurarsi che l’area di funzionamento sia
sgombra da persone.
Dopo aver collocato il sollevatore come specificato
e avere effettuato i collegamenti elettrici ed
idraulici, il sollevatore può essere messo in
funzione seguendo la specifica procedura.
Aprire lo sportello anteriore della centralina
comandi e svitare il tappo del serbatoio dell’olio.
Utilizzando un imbuto, versare 12 litri di olio
idraulico con un grado di viscosità di 32 CST o
equivalente. Spostare l’interruttore principale nella
posizione „1“ (pos. 4 ill. 4) e premere il pulsante di
sollevamento (pos. 1, ill. 4). Nel caso in cui il
sollevatore non funzioni ma il motore funziona
correttamente, controllare cheil motore abbia la
direzione di rotazione corretta e accendere le fasi
nella linea di alimentazione se necessario. Premere
nuovamente il pulsante finché le piattaforme non
sono completamente sollevate.
Rimuovere il tappo da entrambe le valvole
livellatrici.
Entrambe le valvole livellatrici sono aperte, versare
l’olio nell’area corda-pistone. Tenere l’interruttore
nella posizione alta per 2, 3 secondi.
Aprire le viti di sfiato (1) sui pistoni A2-B2 (ill.13)
e richiuderle dopo aver rimosso l’aria dai pistoni.
Premere il pulsante di sollevamento per avviare il
motore, quindi riaprire le viti di sfiato (1) (ill. 13)
per rimuovere l’aria dai cilindri.
Dopo aver avvitato le viti di sfiato, ripetere
l’operazione per assicurarsi che non sia presente
aria nel circuito.
Inserire i tappi delle valvole nella valvola corretta.
Abbassamento del sollevatore per bloccare l’area di
pericolo. Premere contemporaneamente
l’interruttore per l’abbassamento nell’area di
pericolo e l’interruttore per le valvole di
livellamento. Le valvole sono aperte e
l’abbassamento del sollevatore si trova nella
posizione 0.
Abbassare il sollevatore a terra ed effettuare diversi
cicli con il sollevatore scarico per verificare che
non siano presenti perdite di olio e che le
piattaforme siano correttamente livellate.
Premere il pulsante di abbassamento per abbassare
il sollevatore (vedere ill. 4 pos. 2).
Eseguire le operazioni di
sollevamento/abbassamento per 4/5 volte.
