8C) La soupape de descente sur le bloc hydraulique reste
fermée (fig. 23-24).
SOLUTION - Contrôler si la soupape électrique est
restée bloquée. L’extraire du bloc et contrôler si, en
appuyant avec une pointe sur le trou à l’extrémité de
la soupape, le petit pivot interne bouge librement.
Changer la soupape si le petit pivot reste bloqué.
ANOMALIE 9
9) Si on appuie sur le bouton de descente en sécurité
du pont, mais le pont ne va pas en sécurité.
CAUSE PROBABLE 9:
9A) Voir point 3.b (mauvais fonctionnement fin de course
sécurités mécaniques).
SOLUTION - Voir point 3.b
9B) Voir point 4.c (mauvais fonctionnement de la soupa-
pe d’air électrique)
SOLUTION- Voir point 4.c.
ANOMALIE 10
10) Si on appuie sur le bouton de recherche 1° position
de travail, mais le pont ne s’arrête pas à un mètre de
hauteur.
CAUSE PROBABLE 10:
10A) Le pont continue de monter au-dessus de la hauteur
prédéfinie, le proximètre (fig. 18) (position basse) est
endommagé ou dans une mauvaise position (fig.
10.A).
SOLUTION - Contrôler la position exacte et/ou le bon
fonctionnement du proximètre. Le changer si endom-
magé.
10B) Si le pont a un mode alterné de montée et de
descente qui se déclenche en proximité de la hauteur
de 1m. le proximètre 2 (fig. 18) ( position basse) est
endommagé ou dans une mauvaise position.
SOLUTION - Contrôler la position exacte et/ou le bon
fonctionnement du proximètre. Le changer si endom-
magé.

11) Contrôler la position exacte et/ou le bon fonctionne-
ment du proximètre. Le changer si endommagé.
CAUSE PROBABLE 11:
11A) Le pont continue de monter au-dessus de la hauteur
prédéfinie, le proximètre 1 (fig. 18) (position haute)
est endommagé ou dans une mauvaise position (fig.
10.A).

fonctionnement du proximètre. Le changer si endom-
magé.
11B) Si le pont a un mode alterné de montée et de
descente qui se déclenche en proximité de la hauteur
de 1,70 m. le proximètre 2 (fig. 18) ( position haute)
est endommagé ou dans une mauvaise position.
SOLUTION - Contrôler la position exacte et/ou le bon
fonctionnement du proximètre. Le changer si endom-
magé.
DIAGNOSTIC LIFT-TABLE
12) Si on appuie sur le bouton de montée lift-table, mais
l’élévateur auxiliaire (lift-table) ne bouge pas (le
moteur ne tourne pas).
CAUSE PROBABLE 12:

10) The operating position 1 button is pressed, but the lift
does not stop at 1m height.
POSSIBLE CAUSE 10:
10A) The lift keeps raising beyond the selected height ;
the proximity switch (pict.10) (lower position) is faulty
or incorrectly positioned. (pict.10A).
REMEDY – Check the correct position/operation of
the proximity sw. Replace if faulty.
10B) If the lift starts to alternate lifting and lowering at
approximately 1m height, the proximity sw. 2 (pict.18)
(lower position) is faulty or incorrectly positioned.
REMEDY – Check the correct position/operation of
the proximity sw. Replace if faulty.
SYMPTOM 11
11) The operating position 2 button is pressed, but the lift
does not stop at 1.70m height.
POSSIBLE CAUSE 11:
11A) The lift keeps raising beyond the selected height ;
the proximity switch 1 (pict.18) (upper position) is
faulty or incorrectly positioned.
REMEDY – Check the correct position/operation of
the proximity sw. Replace if faulty.
11B) If the lift starts to alternate lifting and lowering at
approximately 1.70m height, the proximity sw. 2
(pict.18) (upper position) is faulty or incorrectly posi-
tioned.
REMEDY – Check the correct position/operation of
the proximity sw. Replace if faulty.
LIFT-TABLE TROUBLESHOOTING
SYMPTOM 12
12) The lift-table lifting button is pressed, but the auxiliary
lift (lift-table) does not move. (the motor does not
run).
POSSIBLE CAUSE 12:
12A) 12A) The lift-table lift limit switch is incorrectly posi-
tioned (pict.10A).
REMEDY – Check the operation of the microswitch
and replace if faulty.
Check according to symptom 1.
SYMPTOM 13
13) The lift-table lifting button is pressed, but the auxiliary
lift (lift-table) does not move. (the motor runs).
POSSIBLE CAUSE 13:
13A) Check according to symptoms 2C – 2G.
13B) The electrovalve (pos.14, pict.23 – 25) stays closed.
REMEDY – Check the operation of the magnet and
the valve.
13C) OM5 (pict. 23) stays open.
REMEDY – Close the manual operator with a 5mm
hexagonal wrench.
SYMPTOM 14
14) The lift-table lowering button is pressed, the auxiliary
lift lowers but does not stop at 10cm from closing pos.
