1. Insert the supplied threaded pins (2) from above
through the top plate of the lift column and attach
using 2 lock nuts (1) for each pin
2. Insert the threaded pin (2) from above into the
latch bar.
3. Adjust the latch bar (3) using the hex nuts (1) in
such a way that it lies in a circular recess on the
oor but does not make contact with the oor.
4. Tighten the hex nuts at top and bottom slightly,
but do not yet tighten them fully.
7. Fit the 4 lift columns onto the shims with
approved nuts and bolt locking devices. Select
the tightening torque according to the bolt
manufacturer’s specications. Also consider the
on-site conditions.
Risk of fatal injury if lift columns
are not secured properly. Lift or
load could topple or collapse.
Comply with the specied torque on each
bolt.
If this is not possible, repair the oor acc-
ording to specications ( → Chapter 11.3),
otherwise commissioning cannot be carried
out.
