5. Lock at the top using the M20 lock nut.
6. Screw the threaded sleeve (4) for the cable (5)
into the top plate from below so that the cable is
lightly tensioned. Do not yet secure the cable.
7. Secure the threaded sleeve at the top with an
M20 lock nut(6).
11.11 Attach the exible hose
8. Use 4 screws to mount the control box to the
main lift column.then Route the cable assembly
with the electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic
cables through the exible hose into the control
box.
9. Make sure that the exible hose sits securely in
the metal tting of the xed runway.
10.Then tighten the 2nd metal tting on the control
box.
11.12 Assemble the hydraulics module

Only qualied staff with specialist knowledge and
experience of hydraulics may work on hydraulic
equipment.
•
Always follow the safety regulations in the hy-
draulic power unit instructions in the annex to this
manual.
The hydraulic power unit with motor and tank is
supplied separately and is assembled as follows:
1. Screw the 4 threaded pins with rubber pads (2)
into the lift columns.
Risk of injury from heavy hydraulic
power units.
If possible, assemble the complete unit in
pairs.
2. Attach the complete hydraulic power unit(4) to
the top of column with the mounting plate (3), t
washer(5) and secure with spring washer(6) and
nuts(7).
