ROTAX 125 MAX evo, Junior MAX evo, Mini MAX evo, Micro MAX evo
 Fix the second fuel hose (pos. 2, Fig. 5) to the fuel inlet (pos.1). Connect the other
end with the fuel filter (pos. 3).
 Attention: Pay attention to the direction of the arrow on the fuel filter (pos. 3). This should point
towards the fuel pump.

 Note: At engine types 125 Junior MAX evo, Mini MAX evo und Micro MAX evo connect
the vacuum line directly from the gearbox housing to the fuel pump. See following
step and Fig. 6.
 Secure vacuum line (pos. 2, Fig. 6) on the gearbox housing to prevent
disengagement using a cable tie (pos. 1).

 Install connection between the fuel tank and the fuel filter. The length of this line
may vary from chassis to chassis.
 Attention: Route the fuel line from the fuel tank to the fuel pump so that it does not touch any
moving parts or the track and attach the fuel line onto the top side of the chassis
tube.
 Attention: The flow in the impulse hose and fuel lines must not be restricted by the use of
cable ties.
 Attention: The use of an extra fuel filter must not cause further flow resistance in the fuel line
between the fuel tank and the fuel pump.
