Electric starter gearing
• Check the intermediate starter gear Q and the sprag clutch
gear W for cracks, deformation, discoloration or wear.
Wear limit ☞ Intermediate gear, int. Ø
d + max. 10.08 mm

Sprag clutch gear, int. Ø
d1 + max. 22.05 mm
• Check the surface of the cone and the flywheel key slot E.
• Check the working face of the idle gear W on the sprag clutch
gear box V for wear or scuffing. Replace the sprag clutch
gear if the wearing surface of the boss shows any signs of
seizure or discoloration.

Ruotismo per avviamento elettrico
• Controllare se la dentatura dell’ingranaggio intermedio
avviamento Q e dell’ingranaggio ruota libera W presentano
rottura, deformazione o usura del materiale.
Limite di usura ☞ Ingranaggio intermedio, Ø int.

Ingranaggio ruota libera, Ø int.
d1 ÿ+ max. 22,05 mm
• Controllare la superficie del cono e la sede per chiavetta del
volano E.
• Controllare la superficie di lavoro della ruota libera W
sull’ingranaggio ruota libera da presenza di usura V. Se c’è
deformazione della superficie o rottura del materiale, sostituire
l’ingranaggio ruota libera.
