Rimontaggio del motore
nÿ Attenzione: Far attenzione ai punti seguenti:
• Una volta smontato, sostituire sempre le guarnizioni, anelli
di sicurezza, anelli OR e paraolio al rimontaggio del motore.
Semicarter motore, lato volano
• Fissare il semicarter Q, lato volano, con 2 viti di fissaggio
W sul supporto E con il lato interno rivolto verso l’alto.

APRILIA
Albero motore — montaggio
s Avvertenza: Se il carter motore o l’albero motore è
stato sostituito, bisogna ri-misurare il gioco
assiale dell’albero motore. Vedi capitolo
“Gioco assiale dell’albero motore -
misurazione”.
• Lubrificare bene la superficie piana e le bronzine Q con
gola di lubrificazione nel semicarter.
• Ingrassare leggermente (per una miglior adesione) il
rasamento W di spessore 1 mm e montarlo sull’albero
motore E, lato volano.
• Lubrificare l'albero sulle sedi bronzine e sedi paraolio.
■ Attenzione: Una lubrificazione abbondante di tutte le
sedi bronzine garantisce la sicurezza al
primo avviamento e durata del motore
rimontato.
Reassembling the engine
■ Caution: Remember the following points:
• After removing gaskets, snap rings, O-rings and oil seals,
always replace them with new ones when reassembling the
engine.
Half crankcase, flywheel side
• Fix the flywheel side half crankcase Q to the support E with
2 retaining screws W, with the internal side facing up.

Crankshaft - refit
s Warning: If the crankcase or crankshaft have been
replaced, the crankshaft end float will have
to be re-measured. See “Crankshaft end
float - measurement”.
• Thoroughly lubricate the flat surface and the bearings Q with
lubrication grooves in the half crankcase.
• Lightly grease the 1 mm thick thrust washer W so that it will
stick in place and fit into the crank shaft E flywheel side.
• Lubricate the bearing journals and oil seal seats on the shaft.
■ Caution: Lubricate all the bearing journals copiously.
This will insure that they will be adequately
lubricated when the engine is first started
up, and will insure long life and trouble free
operation of the refitted engine.
