u Note: Don’t worry if the belt appears slack between
the pulleys. It will tighten up automatically
when the engine starts.
• If the assembly is complete, the variator cover r can be
fitted together with the air duct and secured with the Allen
screws, tightened in diagonal order.
Leonardo: 8 x M6x30 Allen screws t
2 x M6x40 Allen screws y
Scarabeo: 14 x M6x30 Allen screws (t / y)
Torque wrench setting + 10 Nm
Oil strainer and magnetic drain plug - refit
• Inspect the oil strainer and magnetic drain plug and clean off
any dirt before refitting.
• Dip one side the strainer Q in grease to make it stick to the
M16x1.5 screw plug W. Fit the gasket E and screw the
whole fitting into the housing on the crankcase.
Torque wrench setting + 30 Nm
• Screw in the M12x1.5 magnetic drain plug R with the copper
ring gasket T.
Torque wrench setting + 20 Nm

u Nota: Non preoccuparsi se la cinghia rimane
lenta fra le pulegge. La cinghia si tensionerà
automaticamente all’avviamento del
motore.
• Se il montaggio è già terminato, il coperchio variatore r
con convogliatore d’aria montato può essere fissato con
viti a brugola e serrato diagonalmente.
Leonardo: 8 x vite a brugola M6x30 t
2 x vite a brugola M6x40 y
Scarabeo: 14 x vite a brugola M6x30 (t / y)
Coppia di serraggio + 10 Nm
Retino olio e vite magnetica — montaggio
• Prima del montaggio del retino olio e della vite magnetica
controllarli ed eventualmente pulirli da sporcizia.
• Immergere il retino Q da un lato nel grasso per farlo aderire
alla vite tappo M16x1,5 W. Montare la guarnizione E ed
avvitare il tutto nell’apposito alloggiamento del carter.
Coppia di serraggio + 30 Nm
• Avvitare la vite magnetica M12x1,5 R con anello guarnizione
in rame T.
Coppia di serraggio + 20 Nm
