Torque wrench setting

10 Nm
• Screw in the oil level plug with its O-ring u.
• Remove the crankshaft retaining screw i and screw in the
M8x16 screw with its ring gasket.

Carburetor hose - refit
• Check the carburetor hose for cracks before fitting it.
• Turn the engine 90° on its stand.
• Fit the carburetor hose Q with the arrow W pointing to the
cylinder head.
• Turn the clamp and tighten it up.

Starter motor - install
• Fit the O-ring Q and apply MOLYKOTE G-N to the starter
motor seat and gear teeth.
• Fit the starter motor W into its holder and secure it to the
crankcase with 2 M6x12 Allen screws E.

Variator cover - refit
Leonardo only:
• Screw on the air duct R with 3 M5x12 hex bolts, applying
LOCTITE 243.

• Avvitare il tappo livello olio con anello OR u.
• Rimuovere la vite di bloccaggio albero motore i e montare
la vite M8x16 con anello di guarnizione.

Manicotto carburatore — montaggio
• Prima di montare il manicotto carburatore, controllare la
presenza di fessure.
• Ruotare il motore sul supporto di 90°.
• Fissare il manicotto carburatore Q con la freccia W rivolta
verso la testata.
• Ruotare la fascetta e serrarla.

Motorino d’avviamento — installazione
• Montare l’anello OR Q ed applicare MOLYKOTE G-N sulla
sede del motorino e sui denti dell’ingranaggio del motorino.
• Inserire il motorino d’avviamento W nel suo supporto e
fissarlo con 2 viti a brugola M6x12 E sul carter.

Coperchio variatore — montaggio
Solo Leonardo:
• Avvitare il convogliatore d'aria R con 3 viti esag. M5x12 sul
coperchio variatore, usando LOCTITE 243.
