Torque wrench setting + 4 Nm
• Screw on the variator cover T with the Allen screws Y and
tighten them up in diagonal order, starting from the inside.
Leonardo: 8 x M6x30 Allen screws Y
2 x M6x40 Allen screws U for
fitting the Aprilia cover
Scarabeo: 14 x M6x30 Allen screws (Y/U)
Torque wrench setting + 10 Nm
■ Caution: After fitting the engine, observe the
instructions given by the vehicle manufac-
turer.
Refitting engine onto frame
s Warning: It is absolutely essential to follow the
installation and assembly instructions given
by the vehicle manufacturer.
■ Caution: When handling the engine, be careful about
its weight (approx. 27 kg/Leonardo risp. 29
kg/Scarabeo) and balancing point. Support
the engine on suitable stands. Beware of
points where there are scraping and
crushing hazards.
Filling
• After assembly, check the gearbox oil and top off if
necessary, through the hole with the plastic screw cap Q.
Coppia di serraggio + 4 Nm
• Avvitare il coperchio variatore T con viti a brugola Y e
serrarle diagonalmente serrando prima quelle centrali.
Leonardo: 8 x viti a brugola M6x30 Y
2 x viti a brugola M6x40 U per
montaggio del coperchio Aprilia
Scarabeo: 14 x viti a brugola M6x30 (Y/U)
Coppia di serraggio + 10 Nm
■ Attenzione: Dopo aver terminato il montaggio del
motore, rispettare le istruzioni del
costruttore del mezzo.
Rimontaggio del motore nel telaio
s Avvertenza: Rispettare assolutamente le indicazioni di
installazione e di montaggio del costruttore
del mezzo.
■ Attenzione: Far attenzione al peso del motore (ca. 27
kg/Leonardo risp. 29 kg/Scarabeo) e al
punto di bilanciamento. Sopportare il mo-
tore con appositi sostegni. Far attenzione
ad eventuali punti di sfregamento e
schiacciamento.
Riempimento liquidi
• Dopo l’assemblaggio immettere l’olio trasmissione (se
non immerso prima durante il montaggio) attraverso il foro
con la vite tappo in plastica Q.
