Dismantling the engine
■ Caution: Always check all the oil seals, O-rings and
gaskets for defects in all servicing and repair
jobs. Replace with new ones if necessary.
■ Caution: Always replace self-tapping nuts, split pins,
tab washers and safety wires with new ones
after removing them.
Starter motor — remove
• Remove the 2 M6 screws Q from the fixing plate.
• Withdraw the starter motor W from its housing E.
Variator cover — remove
• Unscrew the 10 (or 14) M6 Allen screws T and remove the
variator cover R together with the air duct.
Smontaggio del motore
■ Attenzione: A tutti i lavori da eseguire sempre verificare
tutti i paraolio, anelli OR e guarnizioni per
presenza di difetti. Sostituire se necessario.

Attenzione: Dadi autofilettanti, coppiglie, rondelle di
bloccaggio e fili di ferro di sicurezza devono
sempre essere sostituiti una volta smontati.
Motorino d’avviamento — smontaggio
• Togliere le 2 viti M6 Q dalla piastra di fissaggio.
• Estrarre il motorino d’avviamento W dal suo alloggiamento
E.
Coperchio variatore — smontaggio
• Togliere il coperchio variatore R assieme al convogliatore
d’aria dopo aver svitato 10 (oppure 14) viti a brugola M6 T.
