Carburetor hose and valve cover — remove
• Turn the motor up 90° on its stand - installation position.
• If necessary, the two stud bolts Q for fitting the exhaust
flange can be removed before proceeding with the
disassembly.
• Remove the spark plug W with the spark plug wrench.
Service tool ☞ Spark plug wrench (16)
APRILIA
• Unscrew the clamp screw R and remove the carburetor
hose E.
• Remove the 4 M6x20 Allen screws T from the valve cover Y.
• Remove the valve cover with gasket U.

Manicotto carburatore e coperchio valvole —
smontaggio
• Girare il motore nel supporto da 90° verso l’alto - posizione
di installazione.
• Se necessario, i 2 prigionieri Q per fissaggio della flangia
scarico possono essere tolti prima di un ulteriore
smontaggio.
• Togliere la candela W con la chiave candela.
Attrezzatura specifica ☞ Chiave per candela (da 16)
APRILIA
• Rimuovere il manicotto carburatore E dopo aver svitato la
vite di fissaggio della fascetta R.
• Togliere 4 viti a brugola M6x20 T dal coperchio valvole Y
• Rimuovere il coperchio valvole con la guarnizione U.
