Filtro olio e bulbo pressione olio — smontaggio
• Togliere il coperchio del filtro olio e l’anello OR Q dopo aver
rimosso le 2 viti a brugola M6 W e scaricare l'olio rimanente.
• Estrarre il filtro E .
• Togliere il bulbo pressione olio R solo se è necessario
sostituirlo (chiave da 24), pulire il foro filettato da residui di
LOCTITE. Montare un nuovo bulbo di pressione olio,
mettendo LOCTITE 243.
Coppia di serraggio ☞ 12 Nm
Accensione e ruotismo per avviamento
elettrico — smontaggio
▲ Avvertenza: Se l’accensione deve essere riparata con il
motore installato nel telaio, far attenzione ai
punti seguenti:
• spegnere il motore,
• scollegare la batteria (sempre prima il
cavo del polo negativo),
• scollegare tutti i faston,
• togliere il coperchio variatore,
• bloccare l’albero motore al punto morto
superiore.
Lo smontaggio ulteriore sul supporto si fa con l’accensione
rivolta verso l’alto.
• Svitare il tappo livello olio e rimuovere l’anello OR T.
• Togliere le 9 viti a brugola M6 Y del coperchio accensione
e rimuovere il coperchio completo con statore U.

Oil filter and oil pressure switch — remove
• Remove the 2 M6 Allen screws W, take off the oil filter and
O-ring Q and drain off any remaining oil.
• Take out the filter E.
• Take out the oil pressure switch R, replacing it with a new
one only if it is defective (size 24 wrench), then clean any
traces of LOCTITE out of the threaded hole. Fit a new oil
pressure switch, using LOCTITE 243.
Torque wrench setting + 12 Nm
Ignition and electric starter gearing — remove
▲ Warning: If the ignition has to be repaired with the
engine still installed on the frame, remember
the following points:
• turn the engine off.
• disconnect the battery (always negative
terminal first),
• disconnect all the fastons,
• take off the variator cover.
• lock the crankshaft at the top dead center.
When dismantling on the engine stand, the engine must be
positioned with the ignition facing up:
• Unscrew the oil level cap and remove the O-ring T.
• Remove the 9 M6 Allen screws Y from the ignition cover
and remove the cover together with the statorU.
