• Remove the gasket Q.
• Remove the M8 hex bolt (size 13 wrench) W from the
crankshaft, flywheel side, together with its washer.
• Screw an M16x40x1.5 hex bolt E into the flywheel (size 24
wrench) and remove the flywheel, together with the sprag
clutch housing and idle gearR, from the crankshaft seat.
Service tool ☞ M16x40x1.5 hex head bolt

• Remove the spacer bush T and the electric starter
intermediate gear Y from the pin.
• Remove the sprag clutch gear U.
• Remove the key I from its slot only if damaged.

• Rimuovere la guarnizione Q .
• Togliere la vite esag. M8 (chiave da 13) W dall’albero
motore, lato volano, assieme alla rondella.
• Con una vite esag. M16x40x1,5 (chiave da 24) E avvitata
nel volano, estrarre il volano completo con la flangia ruota
libera assieme alla ruota libera R dalla sede albero motore.

• Estrarre la bussola distanziale T e l’ingranaggio intermedio
Y per l’avviamento elettrico dal perno.
• Togliere l’ingranaggio ruota libera U .
• La chiavettaI va rimossa dalla sede solo se danneggiata.
