Chain tension guide and timing chain — remove
• Remove the M6 retaining screw Q and the chain tension
guide W from the timing seat.
• Remove the chain guide E from the fin in the crankcase.
■ Caution: Before removing the timing chain R, mark
it on the side with a colored marker T so
that it can be refitted in the same way.
• Take the timing chain R off the crankshaft gear and remove
it from the timing seat.
Oil strainer — remove
• Turn the engine180° on the stand so that the variator is
facing up.
• Remove the M16x1.5 screw plug Q and the ring gasket W
and take out the oil strainer E.
Pattino tendicatena e catena distribuzione —
smontaggio
• Togliere la vite supporto M6 Q ed il pattino tendicatena W
dalla sede distribuzione.
• Rimuovere il guidacatena E dall’aletta nel carter.
■ Attenzione: Prima di rimuovere la catena distribuzione
R, contrassegnarla con un punto di colore
T lateralmente per rimontarla nello stesso
modo.
• Rimuovere la catena distribuzione R dall’ingranaggio albero
motore e toglierla dalla sede distribuzione.
Retino olio — smontaggio
• Girare il motore con il supporto di 180° in modo che il
variatore sia rivolto verso l’alto.
• Rimuovere la vite tappo M16x1,5 Q e l’anello guarnizione
W ed estrarre il retino olio E .
