Crankshaft — remove
■ Caution: The end float on each crankshaft Q is
measured exactly during assembly and set
with the thrust washers W/E. When
dismantling the crankshaft, it is absolutely
essential to mark the thrust washers so that
you can remember their original position
(clutch sideW, flywheel side E) - see
“crankshaft - end float” chapter.
• Withdraw the crankshaft from its seat (no tool required).
■ Caution: When removing the crankshaft Q be careful
not to damage the flywheel side half crankcase
bearings with the crankshaft teeth R. Do not
tilt the crankshaft.
• Remove the gasket T from the crankcase.
Albero motore — smontaggio
■ Attenzione: II gioco assiale di ogni albero motore Q viene
misurato in maniera precisa nel momento del
montaggio e regolato con i rasamenti W / E.
Allo smontaggio dell’albero motore è
assolutamente necessario che i rasamenti
vengano contrassegnati secondo la loro
posizione originale (lato frizione W, lato volano
E) - vedi capitolo “albero motore - gioco
assiale”.
• Estrarre l’albero motore dalla sua sede (senza attrezzo).
■ Attenzione: Allo smontaggio dell’albero motore Q far
attenzione all’eventuale danneggiamento
delle bronzine nel semicarter, lato volano,
causato dal profilo dentato R dell’albero
motore. Non inclinare l’albero motore.
• Rimuovere la guarnizione T dal carter.
