➪Controllare se sono usurati o danneggiati tutti i paraolio non
smontati.
➪Controllare il libero movimento di tutti i cuscinetti a sfere e
verificare la presenza di pitting.
➪Se un cuscinetto a sfere deve essere sostituito, controllare
l'interferenza della sede cuscinetto nel carter.
Q interferenza ☞ min. 0,01 mm
➪Controllare tutte le filettature che siano in condizioni per-
fette.

Bronzine di banco
➪Controllare se le superfici interne delle bronzine, secondo i
criteri abituali per bronzine, sono danneggiate o usurate.
Controllare il diametro con un alesametro W .
■ Attenzione: misurazione I: 90° relativo alla super-
ficie di separazione dei
semigusci
misurazione II: 60° alla prima misuraz.
misurazione III: 120° alla prima misuraz.
Limite di usura
☞ Ø 32,07 mm
■ Attenzione: Nessuno dei valori deve superare il limite di
usura.
➪Check for wear and signs of damage on the oil seals still
fitted on the engine.
➪Check that all the ball bearings run freely and that there are
no signs of pitting.
➪If a ball bearing has to be replaced, check the negative
allowance of the bearing seat in the crankcase.
Q negative allowance ☞ min. 0.01 mm
➪Check that all the threads are in perfect condition.

Main bearings
➪Check for signs of damage or wear on the bearing internal
faces, applying the usual criteria for bearings. Check the
diameter with a bore gauge W.
■ Caution: measurement I : 90° to half shell separation
surfaces

measurement III: 120° to first measurement
