• Tap is not opened or
water pressure to the
property is low.
• The inlet valve filter is
blocked.
• The inlet pipe is twisted
or compressed between
the appliance and
other.
• Open the tap or wait till the
water pressure to the
property is back to normal.
• Check and clean the inlet
filter.
• Straighten the water pipe or
pull the appliance forward to
decompress the inlet pipe.

Overflow protect (The
water level exceeds
overflow level).
• Water inlet malfunction • Restart the machine.
• Check / Change inlet valve.
• Check / Change the pressure
switch.

Drainage issue (drain

• Outlet hose is blocked
or twisted.
• Drain pump/filter is
