Water injection level
when washing (water
inlet time exceeds 7
minutes).
• Tap is not opened or
water pressure to the
property is low.
• The inlet valve filter is
blocked.
• The inlet pipe is twisted
or compressed between
the appliance and
other.
• Open the tap or wait till the
water pressure to the
property is back to normal.
• Check and clean the inlet
filter.
• Straighten the water pipe or
pull the appliance forward to
decompress the inlet pipe.

Overflow protect (The
water level exceeds
overflow level).
• Water inlet malfunction • Restart the machine.
• Check / Change inlet valve.
• Check / Change the pressure
switch.

Drainage issue (drain
time exceeds 3
minutes)
• Outlet hose is blocked
or twisted.
• Drain pump/filter is
blocked.
• Straighten the outlet hose or
pull the appliance forward to
decompress the inlet pipe.
• Clean the drain pump/filter.

Door lock issue. • The door is not closed.
• Door lock mechanism is
faulty.
• Restart after the door has
been closed.
