CHARGING THE BATTERY
Do not expose the battery to extreme conditions (heat or strong pressure). Bear in
mind the risk of personal injury from leaking battery fluid. Check that the battery is
clean and dry before charging it.
The battery is not fully charged on delivery. It therefore needs to be charged fully
before first use. Charge the battery for 3–5 hours.
The battery should only be recharged when the grass trimmer starts going slowly.
Do not leave the battery on continuous charge. Do not let the battery become
totally discharged. This can damage the battery cells. Incorrect handling will
invalidate the guarantee.
If the battery needs replacing, use the same type of battery.
Follow the safety instructions
and any local environment
regulations and information.
Removing the battery: To remove
the battery, push the button and
lift out the battery.
Connecting the battery: Clip the
battery to the guide rails on the
battery holder and then press the
holder in place on the trimmer till
you hear a clicking sound.
Do not connect the battery until the
grass trimmer is fully assembled.
Risk of personal injury!
