Heat
piston
to

connecting
rod
by

the fixing
bolt.

Insert
gudgeon
pin
- with
the
aid

hdrawal
tool

and
insertion
bush

),
if
necessary.
Use
slotted
boar
d (1, Fig. 6).
Cover
the
cr
ankca
se,
fit
the
t
wo
wi
re
circlip
s,
making
s
ur
e t
hat
they
are
corr
ect
ly
seated.
Cylinder
and
cylinder
head
Scrape
off
the
projecting
e
nd
s
of
the
gasket
.
Locate
the
cylinder
fla
nge
gasket
wit
h
th
e g r
aphited
side
facing
the
c
rankcase.

Put pis
ton
on
slotted
w
ood
en
board
(1, Fig. 6),
lightly
oil
the
cylind
er
and
place
it in
po
si
tion
over
t
he
pis
ton,
taking
car
e n
ot
to
rotate
the
c
ylinde
r, o
the
rwise
it
might
damage
the
piston
rings.
Remove

rd
and

cur

cy
linde
r with 4
