It can also be used to crush ice, though it's recommended to crush ice before processing and not to use the product specifically for ice crushing.

Usage Features

Before First Use:

Carefully remove the product and accessories from the original packaging. Inspect the contents for completeness and damages. If anything is incomplete or damaged, contact your sales outlet immediately. After unpacking, refer to the "Cleaning and Care" section.

How to Use (Mixing Food):

  1. Remove the lid: Push the release button on the handle (C) and remove the lid (B).
  2. Fill the blender jar: Fill the blender jar (I) with ingredients. Ensure a sufficient amount of liquids is added, as proper blending is not possible without it.
    • Caution: Never use this product to mix hot oil, fat, or other hot food items.
  3. Place the lid: Place the lid (B) on the jar and press it down until it locks into position.
  4. Attach the jar to the motor unit: Place the filled and locked blender jar onto the motor unit (H). Turn the blender jar to the locked position (indicated by a padlock symbol) until it is latched onto the motor unit.
    • Safety Switch: The blender will only switch on if the jar is correctly assembled, closing the built-in safety switch.
  5. Connect to power: Connect the power plug (G) to a suitable power outlet.
  6. Select speed: Choose your desired speed setting from 1 to 5 using the control knob (F), or select 'P' for intermittent (pulse) operation.

Important Usage Notes:

  • Continuous Operation: Do not use the product continuously for more than 3 minutes. If the recommended time exceeds 60 seconds, allow the device to cool down sufficiently before using it again.
  • Stopping Operation: Once ingredients are blended as desired, release the power button to turn off the product, then unplug it.
  • Filling During Use:
    1. Turn the filling cap (A) anti-clockwise and remove it.
    2. Add ingredients.
    3. Reinsert the filling cap into the lid opening and turn it clockwise.
  • Removing the Jar:
    1. Turn the control knob (F) to '0'.
    2. Turn the blender jar (I) counter-clockwise to the unlocked position (indicated by an unlocked padlock symbol).
    3. Remove the jar from the motor unit (H).
    4. Push the release button (C) and open the lid (B) to pour out the contents.
  • Tips for Use:
    • Ensure sufficient liquids are added for proper blending.
    • Do not process large quantities at once.
    • Remove skin, stems, and stones from food before processing.
    • Cut ingredients into pieces of approximately 15 x 15 mm.
    • When processing foods of different consistencies, start with hard fruits, then add soft fruits and liquids.
    • If food pieces get stuck, remove the jar, shake it until they are released, then reattach and continue processing.
    • Do not shake the complete appliance with the mixing cup assembled; always remove the mixing cup to shake it.
    • Never process hard ingredients like nuts or large grains.
    • Crush ice before processing; do not use the product for crushing ice directly.
    • Always add liquids when processing fruits, vegetables, and crushed ice.
    • Stabilize the mixer by placing your hand on top of the closed blender jar.
    • Use the pulse mode for solid or very thick food products to prevent the cutting blade from clogging.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning and Care:

  • Warning: Never use solvents, abrasive materials, hard brushes, metallic, or sharp objects for cleaning. Solvents are harmful to human health and can damage plastic parts, while abrasive tools can scratch surfaces.
  • Before Cleaning: Unplug the product and allow it to cool down completely.
  • Electrical Parts: Never immerse electrical parts of the product (motor unit H) in water or any other fluid. Do not hold the product under running water.
  • Recommendation: Clean the product immediately after every use to easily remove food residues.
  • Blade and Base (D):
    1. Turn the emptied blender jar (I) upside down.
    2. Remove the base with the blade by turning it clockwise.
    3. Clean the blade and base under running water with a brush.
    • Warning: Be extremely careful when cleaning the sharp cutting blade to avoid injury.
  • Lid (B) and Blender Jar (I): Clean under hot running water with a damp sponge and mild dishwashing detergent. Dry all pieces completely before reuse.
  • Dishwasher Safe Parts: Detachable parts (A, B, I, D) are dishwasher safe. Reassembly is done in reverse order.
  • Exterior Surfaces: Clean with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Ensure no water enters the product interior (e.g., through the switch).
  • Storage: Store the product in a dry, cool location, protected from moisture and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.
