batteries

battery
capacity
falls

rated

the

leaks

Limited
Warranty

not

any
battery

the
battery
has
been
charged
by
a
battery
charger
not
specified
or
approved
by
SAMSUNG
for
charging
the
battery

(ii)
any
of
the
seals
on
the
battery
are
broken
or
show
evidence
of
tampering

(iii)
the
battery
has
been
used
in
equipment
other
than
the

Product
for
which
it
is

What
are
SAMSUNG•s
obligations?

the
applicable
warranty
period

the

is
returned
in
accordance
with

terms

this
Limited
Warranty,

replace
the

without
charge
to
Purchaser

or
at

sole
option

refund
the

price

may

at

rebuilt

reconditioned

or
new
parts
or
components
when
repairing

may
replace

with

equivalent

cases

be
warranted
for

All
other
repaired/replaced

will
be
warranted

equal

the
remainder
of

for

shall
become
the
property
of

extended
