Guide 2 för Samsung Galaxy A42 5G
This guide is intended to provide support to you when you return your old mobile
phone and the switch to your new mobile phone.
Below are instructions on how to install your new mobile phone and how to
transfer the content from your old mobile phone to your new and how to install
MFA, multifactor authentication on the new device. This is followed by a
description of how to factory restore your old mobile phone, which you need to
do before submitting it to the Service Center.
If you do not have content that you want to transfer from your old mobile phone
to your new one, use the “Guide 1 for Samsung Galaxy A42 5G” instead.
Install your new mobile phone
1. Pick up your new mobile phone at Service Center.
2. Insert the SIM card, from your old mobile phone into the new
device. The hatch is located at the top left of the new device.
3. Turn on the device by pressing the on/off button on the right
4. Then select the language you want the device to display. Press
“Next”.
